You might have heard these sayings: ‘He lost his mojo’ or ‘She’s got it back’. This word has a different meaning for each of us, but it would be fair to guess that we wish we had bucket-loads of it, or maybe, we even feel secretly relieved when someone else has lost it as it evens the playing field!
Whether it is mega confidence or super charged charisma – here is my take, we all have it. Consider the people in your life whom you impact – recall that cheeky grin from your kid, the loving embrace from your partner, or even your manager’s sense of relief when you walk into the room because they know you are there for them, you got their back and you will work your magic. Sometimes those close to us see us better than we see ourselves. Our ‘mojo’ shines bright in their eyes! Hope you are cherishing your mojo in business (& life).
